Livingston Asphalt and Concrete uses SealMaster's Polymer Modified MasterSeal or PMM. PMM is an environmentally friendly sealer that is reinforced with minerals and polymers to provide maximum adhesion, flexibility, and durability. It is ideal for all types of asphalt including driveways, airports, parking lots, and roadways. PMM restores the original black color to the asphalt, giving it a "like new" black appearance. PMM is also a safer sealer for both pedestrians and vehicles. The high level of aggregate loading procedure provides skid resistant results in both dry and wet conditions.
